For adults who grew up thinking they had a “good” childhood, but often felt alone, confused, unheard, and misunderstood - and want to understand how this still impacts their life today and what they can do now to feel less stuck and disconnected

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

Clarity and tools to recognize how CEN shows up in your life, regulate emotions, identify / communicate your needs, set boundaries, and build more secure relationships - while feeling less alone

This Support Group is designed to give you the support and action steps you need to live your life on your terms

Over the course of 8 weeks, we’ll cover key topics + actionable skills you need to start or continue healing from CEN in the right direction.

What DIDN’T happen in your childhood is just as important as what DID happen

How to know if this is the right group for you:

This group is for you if:

  • You feel like you don’t know who you are, how you’re feeling, or what you need/want in life

  • You’re constantly second-guessing yourself, even with ‘simple’ decisions like choosing a restaurant

  • You have a hard time managing relationships, often finding yourself in one-sided relationships, going along with what everyone else wants, or feeling like you can’t connect

  • You feel like you should know how to do certain things as an adult - like handle your emotions or set boundaries - but struggle to do so

  • You struggle with confidence or imposter syndrome

Hi! I’m Katie, your group coach.

I’ve spent the last decade helping people heal (and prevent) Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN).

I know how lonely it can feel to grow up with emotional neglect not only in childhood, but adulthood, too.

I also know just how easy it is to think something is ‘wrong’ with you when you struggle to do things that everyone around you seems to be able to do without any problems.

I created the Online CEN Support Group to help you feel less alone in this experience + gain insights and tools to go from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to steady and confident in your ability to show up and be your REAL yourself without holding back.

Space is limited so if you’re ready for a change, schedule a FREE 15 minute call to get started!

I can’t wait to further support and empower you in this group.
