How to know if this is the right group for you:
This group is for you if:
You feel like you don’t know who you are, how you’re feeling, or what you need/want in life
You’re constantly second-guessing yourself, even with ‘simple’ decisions like choosing a restaurant
You have a hard time managing relationships, often finding yourself in one-sided relationships, going along with what everyone else wants, or feeling like you can’t connect
You feel like you should know how to do certain things as an adult - like handle your emotions or set boundaries - but struggle to do so
You struggle with confidence or imposter syndrome
Hi! I’m Katie, your group coach.
I’ve spent the last decade helping people heal (and prevent) Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN).
I know how lonely it can feel to grow up with emotional neglect not only in childhood, but adulthood, too.
I also know just how easy it is to think something is ‘wrong’ with you when you struggle to do things that everyone around you seems to be able to do without any problems.
I created the Online CEN Support Group to help you feel less alone in this experience + gain insights and tools to go from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to steady and confident in your ability to show up and be your REAL yourself without holding back.
Space is limited so if you’re ready for a change, schedule a FREE 15 minute call to get started!
I can’t wait to further support and empower you in this group.
Not sure where to start?
No problem! Fill out this form and I’ll get back to you within a couple of days so we can make a plan together. I look forward to connecting with you.
